Let us take a moment and talk about time.
Old mate time. A love/hate relationship. I remember being a child and hating how slowly everything would seem to move. The year would drag, and I would constantly wish to be older. Now that I am older all I can say is that I wish for time to slow. I find these revelations amusing since having my own children. I can see my toddler wishing and wanting to be bigger and yet I am watching them grow and yearning for time to be on my side and slow down so I can savour all these moments.
Reflection
I have the privilege of having three beautiful children. I look at them and see them at the present, all with their laughs and giggles and their perfect imperfections and then I look at their photos from when they were newborns and I am lost in a sea of memories and emotions. Their little toes, their tiny finger nails, the fluff on their head and their ridiculously long eyelashes. I mean come on! Why do newborns need such long eyelashes?! Oh the envy.
The answer
